Taking out existing vitreous china water closet of any pattern complete and taking out complete concrete filled in sunken portion to carry out treatment to sunken portion and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour providing treatment to sunken portion of toilet/bathroom consisting following manner :- (i) Cleanig the existing naked roof surface with wire brush and providing one number 32mm bore GI pipe medium grade 450mm long as spout pipe to external portion of sunken wall and 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with polymers based liquid water proofing compound of @200ml per 50 Kg of Cement and surface finished fair and even complete. (ii) Applying Doctor fixit Pidifin 2k high performance 2 component flexible Acrylic polymer modify cement base water proofing coating in two coat 1mm thick dry film mixed in ratio 2:1 by weight or 1.5:1 by volume product complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:5:10) type D-2 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, fillings and Mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubnbish of the permises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick on wall and the like to receive tile in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles, of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick, as in skirting, dado set and jointed with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick average thickness for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified tiles flooring 9-10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in net slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match existing shed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying of floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing as in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for roof treatment consisting of following operation in sequence :- (i) Cleaning the existing naked roof surface with wire brush and providing 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with polymer based liquid water proofing compound of @ 200ml per 50Kg of cement and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) Applying approved bituminous based primer conforming to IS:3384-1985 @ 0.5Kg/Sqm to be applied on top surface of prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (iii) M&L laying APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer Modified prefabricated membrane) water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/sqm with minimum 7mm side overlap along the length from downward to upward completely sealed with torch application/hot blown lamps. (iv) applying hot air blown bitumen grade 85/25 bitumen as per IS :702-1988 @ 1.2Kg/Sqm and spraying binding material such as sand in dry condition @ 1.00 kg/sqm shall be dusted over bitumen complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Core shall be filled with 19 mm to 20 mm thick PVC solide Board complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- All screws shall be self tapping chrome plated
