Removal of old paint and rust from the panel body from inside and outside by scrapping, sand papering etc and preparing the surface clean & smooth including necessary repairs to rust, scratches and affects from flashover, heating, smoke etc
Providing and applying NC Putty (body filler) of average thickness 1mm of approved and manufacture over the steel work panel .
Appying priemer coat on the panel body from inside and outside. with ready mix red oxide zinc choromate priemer suitable for medium voltage electrical panels
Painting of the panle body from insde and ourside to give an even shade with super enemel paint of required colour and approved brand suitable for medium voltage electrical panels.
