Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed and compacted with hand roller including carriage complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the costs of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 crushed aggregate 40mm) excluding cost of carriage.

Providing and laying in position Specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excl cost of centering and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement all work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nom size). Excluding cost of carriage. Upto Plinth Level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the costs of centering and shuttering - all work upto floor V level. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 crushed aggregate 20mm), excluding cost of carriage.

supply and Filling with Nallah Muck including watering compacting and dressing under floors incl all complete job.

Reinforcement for R.C.C work in caps, Rafts, Grade beam, plinth beam etc, incl straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Centering and shuttering including shutting, propping etc and removal of same work.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing of 60mm thick PUF sandwiched panels for main walls with the outer and inner skin of puff panel made 0.50mm thick GI sheet duly painted and finished and made with 60mm thick layer of rigid CFC free close cell polyurethane foam (density 40 ± 2 kg per Sqm) core insulation in between. The main wall panels will be provided with tongue and groove joint cam locking system for inter locking and MS base channel of size 30x82x1.25mm thick for main wall bottom etc complete as per particular specification attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
