Excavation of earth for (C+10)-2 Nos.,(C+5)-1 No.& (B+5)-2 Nos. type tower as per profile and specification @(222.913x2+196.830x1+153.79x2) M³.
Shifting and loading of (C+10)-2 Nos.,(C+5)-1 No.& (B+5)-2 Nos. type stub at EFU Naini. Transportation of the same from Naini to Gajokhar substation. Unloading and shifting the same at Gajokhar substation.
Sorting of (C+10)-2 Nos.,(C+5)-1 No.& (B+5)-2 Nos. tower part mark wise including stub & templates at 220kV substation Gajokhar. Shifting of the same from stacking place to loading point and loading on private vehicle. Transportation from Gajokhar to erection site and unloading at site.
Stub setting for (C+10)-2 Nos.,(C+5)-1 No.& (B+5)-2 Nos. type tower.
Concreting in ratio 1:2:4 for (C+10)-2 Nos.,(C+5)-1 No.& (B+5)-2 Nos. type tower @(54.61x2+45x1+30.579x2) M³
Reinforcement of steel bar as per specification for 132KV DC tower including cost of material.
De-stringing of 3x1.634 Km ACSR panther conductor between loc. No. 127(SA+0) to 132(SB+0) safely and making role of the conductor and then carrying them safely to store and stacking properly.
De-stringing of Earth wire 1x1.634 Km between loc. No. 127(SA+0) to 132(SB+0) safety and making role of the earth wire and then carrying them safety to store and stacking properly.
Dismantling of 04 No. SA+0 type tower at loc. No. (128-130) (SA+0) type tower by way of breaking tack welding and safely removing lattices structure and carrying the dismantled tower part from site to UPPTCL store including scrap nut and bolt & stacking properly.
Erection of (C+10)-2 Nos.,(C+5)-1 No.& (B+5)-2 Nos. type tower on pre casted foundation
Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing, etc. of ACSR Panther conductor 3X1.634 Km.
Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing, etc. of earth wire 7/10 SWG.
Pipe earthing
Tack welding up to two sections of newly erected towers
Shifting, loading of dismantled parts of 04 Nos. tower at site and transportation of same from Village Makra dist. Jaunpur to 220kV substation Gajokhar.
Grounding work including earth work etc. for pipe earthing/grounding including cost of choke and salt.
