Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k m lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge

Providing and fixing heavy duty 18inch electric lawn mower 2hp Induction copper motor with cutting diameter 18 inch and cutting height 25-75 mm including transportation etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Providing and Displaying Acalypha red well developed with fresh & healthy 30 to 45 cm ht. in 20 cm size Earthen Pot/ Plastic Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing automatic 360 degrees lawn sprinkler 3 arm nozzle for watering plant including transportation etc. Complete as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and Displaying Bamboo Buddha Valley with fresh & healthy 5 to 6 suckers 1.80 m to 2.10m ht umbrella type well developed in 50 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for Separately) : For fixed portion Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron)
