Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the floor with kota stone (unpolished) slab of following size in all floors laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand), with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc.complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)
Vacum dewatering on freshly laid and thoroughly vibrated concrete surface to produce a homogeneous and smooth concrete surface .Suction matshall be spread over the levelled fresh concrete surface and shall be connected by the suction hose to the vaccum pump for dewatering of surplus water in the concrete . After dewatering is complete , the concrete surface is trawled with minimum two passes to achieve a wear resistance concrete surface
Supplying and fixing of rolling shutters with ISI mark shall be of pull and push type made out of 18/Gauge x3’’ lathe sections which consists of five main parts such as curtain, lock plate, guide channels rollers and hood cover. These five main parts are made out of special components detailed below; Curtain; Shall be of 18/Gx3' lath sections cut to required size and filled with heavy cast iron/ M.S. Clips for 8'0"[2.45m] high rolling shutter lathe sections provided shall be not less than 37 numbers. Lock Plate; Shall be 10gaue M.S.Sheet reinforced with 40mmx 6mm M.S angles at the bottom and fitted with heavy latches of 12mm thick locking arrangements on either sides. There should be one handle on either side Guide channel; Pressed guide channels shall be of 10 gauge M.S.Sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar. Side brackets shall be of 10 Gauge angle M.S.Plate and cost iron 'U' clamps shall be reveted to the side brackets Roller; Shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty C' Class 40mm steel pipes and high tensile high carbon coil springs-2 springs shall be supplied. Supplying and fixing of Hood Cover; Shall be of 0.9mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25mm x 25mm x 3mm M.S. angle or gate channel. The rolling shutter in addition to the above should have pulling hook and shall be coated with heavy coat of zinc chromite primer. The above specifications for various components of rolling shutter shall be invariably followed and verified with the rolling shutters supplied by the firms at site. If the rolling shutters supplied do not confirm to the above specifications, the concerned firms should be asked to replace the shutter or supply the missing components

Fabricating supplying and erecting the Pre-engineered steel building structure using Galvanised structural steel sections, conforming to Grade 50 with yield strength of 345MPa baseplate, Sag Rods, struts including cleats to receive 'Z' and 'C' purlins, cutting, drilling holes, welding, grinding fixing the members with nessary bolts nuts, anchor bolt of approved quality, hoisting, aligning and placing the 'I' sections in position as per the design got approved from the department, fixing purlins with Sag Rods, supporting the purlins from the beams on both sides. The welding should be done with submerged arc welding to full length. The rate inclusive of the cost of painting the memebers with one coat of primer of Zinc chromite and enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers, etc., complete.
Double skin roof sheet : Top sheet : Supply & fixing of Colorbond profile sheet of nominal.1072 mm overall width and nominal 28 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pan at nominal 203 mm centre-to-centre. The end rib shall be designed for anti- capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material shall be of (0.45BMT) base metal thickness (0.50 mm Total Coated Thickness (TCT)(0.53 TPT) total painting thickness Hi-Tensile steel with min. 550 Mpa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Zinc- Aluminum alloy (55% Aluminum, 45% Zinc) as per AS 1397 – ZINCALUME® AZ150 (Min 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with Super Durable Polyester colorbond steel quality paint system of approved color, suitable for exterior application conforming to AS/NZS 2728 type-4 / IS15965 class 3 . The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns, super durable polyester colorbond with solar reflectance technology quality paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti-termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite mounds making holes with crow bars at an intervel of 12"to a depth of 8" in the periphery of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313-1981 and. The antitermite chemicals used should have 0.5% concentration with 3L solution for the entire operation etc. as directed by the Engineer incharge and including cost of chemicals labour transportion etc.,
Stage:1 Spraying Anti-termite treatment chemical solution for the foundation before laying the foundation concrete at bottom and sides of the foundation.
Stage:2 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution to the grade beam level; spraying has to be done for the grade beams, brick masonry in the superstructure in contact with back fill earth.
Stage:3 Spraying anti-termite chemical solution on sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete; the treatment has to be carried out on the sand filling in basement and after leveling operation is over.
Stage:4 Spraying anti-termite chemical solution around the building on outside by making crow bar holes at an interval of 15cms to a depth of 30cms before laying the plinth projection. These holes have to be closed after the treatment.
