Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 40 mm thick (average thickness) Cement concrete type B-0,1:2:4 (12.50mm graded aggregate) in patches area exc 3.0 sqm as in flooring/ roof padding , finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,including cleaning the concrete surface by steel wire brushes, up to three stories bldgs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting chases in brick walls, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, shelves, lintels, etc, and cutting chases for concealed water tubing’s or conduit wiring, etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or concealed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 20 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or concealed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7to 8 mm thick,first quality (Square/rectangular )area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc laid on 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick, as in skirting/Dado ( in patches) laid on 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15 mm angle stop valves (fancy type), cast copper alloy , chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with crutch and butter fly handles , screwed with iron pipes or for union, with flange complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Concealed stop cock (fancy type),15 mm bore, chromium plated ,with long shank and cup ( with flange) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, 15 mm Bib taps (Long body), cast copper alloy (chromium plated) with crutch handle or butter fly handle, fancy type, screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity complete with syphon, handle lever, float valve and PVC bend incl connecting to ITWC/ETWC and fixing on walls with brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous china, semi pedestal pattern (Anglo Indian type) wash down water closet pan, white incl fixing bolt excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe incl connection to out going pipe and flushing pipe but including PVC Seat cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 1000 ltr capacity, triple layered, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part II complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 500 ltr capacity, triple layered, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part II complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball ,screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 25 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of 100/75mm Cast Iron Pipes, jointed in cement mortar from any position including taking out of trenches or sunken portion of floor (if required) including necessary fittings such as traps, sockets, branch pieces, bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 100 mm cast iron soil, waste and vent spun pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints fixed to wall or laid in trenches including necessary repair to disturbed portion of floor/wall in CM (1:3) and making pipe line functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 23 here-in-before but 75 mm dia pipe.
