S&F powder coated aluminium anodised door frame with shutter. Frame be with one or more rebates including joining cleat and aluminium door shutter side hung type including cleats, glazing clips rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws and suitable aluminium fittings such as suitable handle, hinges etc. 5.5 mm thick tinted glass in top panel & 12 mm thk prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides of approved colours. in bottom panel etc complete. The aluminium section (Medium size and witht not less than 1.90 Kg/Rm) shall be conforming to catalogue of Jindal or equivalent including taking down existing aluminium door all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Glass and partical board is included in this item.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

S&F factory made PVC solid panel door shutter 30mm thick (style) connecting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rail. MS frame shall be coverd withheat moulded plain coour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strips of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail of either side and as gap insert for toprail and bottom rail panellinn of plain colour PVC to be fitted in the ms frame welded/ sealed in the stiles and rail with suitable PVC sheet and loading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site all as directed by Engineer -in -charge.

S&F in repairs 18-19mm thick prelaminatd particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work all as sepcified and directed.

S&F 40mm width Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electro-galvanised all as sepcified and directed.

S&F in repairs cup board knobs 40mm size with fixing screws etc complete all as sepcified and directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium extruded section body Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80kg and fixed all as sepcified and directed.

Dismantling steel rolling shutter including assembly exc 4 Sqm but n. exc 12 Sqm and repair for proper functioning by replacing rolling assembly and re-erecting the shutter, including straightening, cutting and welding of door angles, channels providing proper guides whichever required and making good functioning by greasing, oiling for smooth and easy movement of the shutter all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards incl frame work of any description (Fiber pulp, insulation etc or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets.

M & L for 19-20mm thick Armstrong board (SABBIA/ DUNE MAX) perforated with tegular edge 60 x60 cm in ceiling with GI Armstrong grid prlude XL 24 mm grid main runner height 37 mm and secondary runner height 30 mm including 2.6 mm/2.8 mm GI wire suspenders of suitable length as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.00 Sqm but n.exc 2.00 Sqm.
