CIVIL WORKS

Earthwork in stoney earth and gravel mixed with stone boulders not exceeding .014cum in volume with initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods upto 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc.

Filling F&P with excavated earth including watering and ramming with cost of all labour etc. complete.

Removal of Excavated earth up to adistance of 5km by mechanical means

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost conveyance and royalty etc. complete.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size hard granite C.B metal including hoisting laying using concrete mixture and vibrators including cost of all materials labour T.&P. etc complete and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

C.C. (1:2:4) with 12mm and down grade C.B. chips approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour T.&P. etc complete and as directed by E.I.C.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete having compressive strength at 28 days test not less than 300 kg/ sq.cm for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , including the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and excluding reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, and hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour,Labour cess and T&P required for the work improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.
