Operation and maintenance of 75KLD capacity STP installed at NTECL's VTPP and 4 nos of SPHs at various locations in NTECL's VTPP on daily basis @ the rate of three shifts per day by deployment of semi skilled operator services (one operator services per shift) and one Supervisor services in general shift as per the detailed scope and instructions of EIC including all materials, manpower, consumables etc for operation and maintenance

Operation and preventive maintenance of 1.2MLD capacity STP installed at NTECL's vallur vrindhavan nagar township and associated pumps located at collection chambers at different locations in the township, on daily basis @ the rate of three shifts per day by deployment of semi skilled operator services (one operator services per shift) and one supervisor services in general shift as per the detailed scope and instructions of EIC including all materials, manpower, consumables etc for operation and maintenance.

Deployment of Skilled man power as and when required to carry out in-situ inspection and/or shutdown electrical, mechanical, C&I and other such maintenance activities for various equipment of STP both in plant and in township. (Note: This item will be operated for minor services done to any equipment which doesnt invlove any material replacement requirement, but sheerly man power).

Breakdown Servicing/Repairing of the equipment such as motor, pump, blowers of STP and associated pump houses for all minor and major breakdowns (like Rewinding, damages and rectification related to Shaft coupling Impeller, mechanical seal, oil seal, blower services, services to clarifier rake and chain mechanisam etc complete) including dismantling transportation to service centres if necessary and re-erection of the pumps at the respective places as per the detailed scope for equipment:
