Construction of 2x3 M Span RCC Box Culvert on Kurseli Hardaspur road to Pareli Singulapur road and Additional approach road in District Hardoi in F.Y. 2026-27

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base. ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Cement Treated Base (4% Cement) Providing, laying and spreading material on prepared sub-base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to from a layer of base ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom. ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat. Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall. ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Construction of 2x3M Span RCC Box Culvert Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (M-10)mix with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. ( Including labour Cess Excluding G.S.T)

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce.
