Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of control & emergency communication system, Gate phones, Trenching, laying, jointing and termination of 0+0+6 quad cable, u/g jelly field cable & Provision of Optic Fiber Communication including supply of material, Trenching, OFC laying by blowing technique in HDPE duct, HDPE Duct laying, Splicing termination etc of OFC cable in SOLAPUR-TULJAPUR-OSMANABAD sections of Solapur division in connection with of NEW B.G. LINE work of Solapur Division on Central Railway.

Financial Eligibility Criteria: Shall be as per Para 10.2 of Advance Correction Slip No. 1 dtd 14-07-2022 of GCC April -2022 The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderer shall submit requisite information as per Annexure - VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by the Chartered Accountant / Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Technical Eligibility Criteria - Shall be as per Para 10.1 of GCC April - 2022. a)The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, OR Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, OR One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. b)In case of composite works (e.g. works involving more than one distinct component, such as Civil Engineering works, S&T works, Electrical works, OHE works etc. and in the case of major bridges - substructure, superstructure etc.), tenderer must have successfully completedor substantially completedany of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, OR Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, OR One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. Note: Separate completed works of minimum required values shall also be considered for fulfillment of technical eligibility criteria for different components. (b) (ii) In such cases, what constitutes a component in a composite work shall be clearly predefined with estimated tender cost of it, as part of the tender documents without any ambiguity. Any work or set of works shall be considered to be a separate component, only when cost of the component is more than Rs. 2 crore each. Notes pertains to Technical Eligibility Criteria Para- Note (1): As regards "Similar Nature of Work" "Trenching, Laying, Jointing, Splicing, Testing and commissioning of Optical fiber & 4/6 Quad cable including installation of Pig tails and termination box" O R "Trenching, Laying, Splicing, testing & commissioning of optical fiber cable including installation of pig tails and termination box". Note (2): Even though the work might have commenced before the qualifying period but completed successfully in qualified period will be considered. Note (3): In case of JV firms, either the JV firm or Lead Member of the JV firm must have successfully completed the "Similar Work" as mentioned in Para 6.1 above, during last seven years, ending last day of the month previous to one in which the tender is invited. Note (4): Value of a completed work done by a member in all earlier JV firm shall be reckoned only to the extent of the concerned member's share in that JV firm for the purpose of satisfying his/her compliance to the above mentioned technical eligibility criteria (Para 6.1) above, in the tender under consideration. The total value of "Similar Work" completed during the qualifying period, and not the payments received within qualifying period alone, shall be considered.

In case, final bill of "Similar Work" has not been passed and final measurements have not been recorded, the paid amount including statutory deductions will be considered. If the final measurements have been recorded and work has been completed with negative variation, then also the paid amount including statutory deductions will be considered. However, if final measurements have been recorded and work has been completed with positive variation but variation has not been sanctioned, original agreement value or last sanctioned agreement value, whichever is lower shall be considered for judging eligibility. Work executed for Central / State Government / Semi Government Organizations /Authorities, PSUs and Government of India Undertakings, will be considered for assessing the suitability of tenderers. Authentic Certificates from the concerned Government Authorities shall be produced by the tenderer(s) to this effect along with Tender Offer. Sub- Contractor engaged by Main Contractor / Concessionaires / SPV's who executed work for a Central / State Government / Semi Government Organization / Authorities / PSUs and Government of India undertakings, will be considered for assessing the suitability, provided authentic certificate is issued by the concerned Government authorities, subject to the following: (i)For Sub - Contractor of Concessionaires / SPV's, the similar work given by the Concessionaires / SPV's to the Sub-contractor will be considered as completed "Similar Work" for eligibility. (ii)For all other Sub-Contractors: For all other Contracts, works given to the Sub- Contractor will be considered for eligibility only if, the entire work awarded to the Main Contractor is physically completed and Sub- Contractor completes the similar work allotted to him
