Operation & Maintenance of Automated Coal Handling Plant involving Wagon Tippler, Apron Feeders, Dribble feeders, Conveying Systems, Transfer Chutes, Skirt Boards, Grizzly Feeders, Roller Screens, Coal Crushers, Crusher House, Transfer Points, Emergency Reclaim Hoppers, Vibrating Feeders, Stacker-Reclaimers, Tipper Trolleys at bunker floors etc. The work also includes all types of maintenance such as Mechanical / Electrical / C&I (PLC) of all CHP equipments. Operation and Maintenance of Dust Extraction system, Dust Suppression System, Coal Sampler & Analyzer system, Ventilation system, Water sprinkling System, Pre wetting system, AC system, Sump Pumps, Compressors (De-watering Pump), Dewatering of tunnels and trenches including railway demurrage charges. (As per detailed scope of work attached as Annexure-VI).

Cleaning and House Keeping of entire Coal Handling Plant including Control Rooms, Electrical Rooms, Buildings, open cable trenches, Wagon Tipplers, Apron Feeders, Dribble feeders, Transfer Chutes, Skirt Boards, Crusher House, Transfer Points, Emergency Reclaim Hoppers, Vibrating Feeders, Stacker-Reclaimers, Tipper Trolleys at bunker floors and Coal Bunkers etc. Deployment of Stone Pickers for picking of stones, and other foreign material from running conveyors, removal of wild grass etc including Horticulture & Beautification activities of complete CHP, Cleaning of Road, Trenches, Drains in CHP area etc. (As per detailed scope of work attached as Annexure-VI).

Charges per MT for Collection and preparation of coal samples from Indian coal rakes at RGTPP. (As per detailed scope of work attached as Annexure-XI). However, firm will be paid monthly charges on the basis of actual quantity of Indian coal received in that month.

Diesel charges per coal rake . It will include taxes, handling charges and storage charges etc. (Firm has to enter the rate for diesel charges per rake and value shown in total amount tab will be of for full year with estimated 1215 rakes per year (No GST will be paid extra).
