REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF PACKAGE ACs, DUCTABLE ACs AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN YELAHANKA

Material and Labour for servicing of package type AC indoor/outdoor of capacity 5/5.5 TR, any make and type including following item of works all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge : (a) Cleaning of complete unit including cooling coil condenser, Fan (Outdoor unit), blower etc. (b) Checking of Electrical wiring and carrying out necessary repairs/replacement along with lugs, clamps, soldering etc. (c) Checking of refrigerant piping and carrying out necessary repairs/replacement to copper tubing and insulation to copper tubing. (d) Checking of all components/accessories for their serviceability and replacement of defective components/accessories. (e) Greasing and oiling of fan motor . Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable items wrt (d) above shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. Note : Sevicing of each Pakage type AC should be done twice during the contract period. Each service is measured as one job.

All as per item 1 above but packaged type AC capacity 11 TR with one No indoor and 2 Nos outdoor units.

All as per item 1 above but packaged type AC capacity 16.5 TR with one No indoor and 3 Nos outdoor units.

Supply and Charging of Freon gas-22 for ACs.

Supply and replacement of flexible Core PVC insulated with stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm 4 core 600/1100 V ISI Marked all as directed.

Supply and fixing of new filter drier for 7.5TR Split type AC.

Supply and fix in repair of new Compressor contactor LT, MN-16 for 7. 5TR Split type AC.

Supply and fix in repair of new Single phase preventer (SM-101) for 7. 5TR Split type AC.

Supply and fixing in repair of LP/HP cut out for 7.5TR Split type AC.

Repairs to PCB board with corded remote for 7.5 TR Split type AC.

Supply and fix in repair new Compressor for 5.5 TR capacity package type AC

Supply and fix in repair thermal insulation for external ducts using 19mm thick closed cellnitrile rubber with adhesive and covered with UV protection cloth and finished with FRP painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Canvas clothes for duct flanges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair volume control Dampers with operating handle and TDF Flange for duct branches of size 520mm x 400mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair of unserviceable passenger Lift (capacity 650Kgs of 10 Passengers ) at SRE complex with the specialist firm including replacing the following spares.(Make of lift: Johnson ). Note: (i) Lift fitness certificate to be obtained from local lift inspector before payment. (ii) Spares will be measured and paid seperately as supply only .

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS OF PASSENGER LIFT IN SRE COMPLEX AT AF STN YELAHANKA : - To carry out periodical Maintenance once in a month which Includes Overhaul the lift, checking of Cables, gear, speed Governor, Gear Oil etc. Note :- The work includes one(1) service per month for the entire contract period and also any number of break downs in a year to be attended and rectified by the contractor. SCOPE OF WORK (a) Any part of the lift to be replaced whenever and wherever necessary on normal wear and tear of the parts on free of cost. (b) Gear Oil, Gears, Bearings of Motor to be replaced whenever necessary and lubrication of the said parts to be carried out by the contractor. Charges for the same shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) All electrical and mechanical parts of the lift to be checked, cleaned and lubricated to smooth functioning of the Lift. CONDITIONS (a) Any part or in whole the lift may not be repaired if it is damaged/ broken due to accident, due to misuse, willfullness or negligence. (b) The following Works/Repairs which are not in scope of work :- (i) Refinishing/Painting (ii) Repairs to Non-proprietary items of the lift equipments like Car enclosures, Car flooring, Hoistway enclosure, Hoistway and Car door, Door and gate handles, Door bearings, Door frames, sills push box covers in landings, Car buzzer, Emergency light, Alarm device and Batteries. Note : Old unserviceable/Retrived Material are to be handed over to Department.
