STRINGING AND CONSTRUCTION OF 33 KV TRANSFER BUS AT 220 KV SUBSTATION ETAH UNDER ETD MAINPURI

Shifting of following structure Auxilliary to the site of work in the substation and complete erection of the same including nut bolts, washers etc. (Provided by the department free of cost) and all other work required to complete the work satisfactorily.

Earthing of various equipments and structures (Aux. and Main.) with M/s Flat of size 50×6/25×6 mm. The work includers digging the earth upto the main earthmate level laying of M.S. Flat in the dug earth as well as above the ground level on equipments/structures along with its bending, welding, etc and all other associated work required for proper earthing. M.S.- Flat will be provided by the deptt. free of cost.

Jumpering work of newly constructed auxilary 33 KV Bus(Bus to BI and all33 KV outgoing Dog Conductor to BI) by Dog/Panther conductor as required .

Fabrication and erection of size 6.5 meters long H Pole with help of rail poles,channels, back stay and all other associated work including cost of cutting welding etc(poles,channels and back stay provided by department free of cost)

Concreating of H Pole in 1:2:4 ratio of cement,sand and stone of size 0.9X0.9x0.9 m. including cost of men and material and other associated work.

Dismantaling of existing H pole on old and temporary 33 KV Auxilary Bus including dismantaling existing poles, channels etc

Misc. Work such as leveling of ground size 70X4 mtrs ,cutting os small trees,removal of scrubs, cleaning of Bushes & Proper dismantaling of Cage Chanelling fencing of around 54 Meter and proper stacking of above at appropriate palce desired by Supervising engineer.

Carriage of Rail poles( approx 4 MT), approx 3 MT Structure & 33 KV Isolators with proper stacking , shorting and other associated work for fabrication from Various S/S Under ETD Mainpuri to 220 KV S/S Etah including loading unloading and safe carriage

Strigging of 33KV Auxilary Bus (3×18 mtr) made of Dog/Panther conductor

Febrication of 3 meter long electrode with 40 M.S. round bar heaving 150 mm long conical shape and then its piercing vertically in side the ground with top 500 mm below the ground level and its welding with earthmat excluding the cost of M.S. round bar.

Laying of following 40 mm M.S. round bar 500 mm below ground level including cutting,straightening,welding work as overlap jointing, cross jointing of X-Y axis & top of elctrodes joint with earthmat at every ending ponit with the help of cleats of 45x45x4 mm angle heaving 80 mm long, painting, excavation of trench. Its back filling and all other associated work to complete the work satishfactorily as per drawing and technical specification. excluding the cost of M.S. round bar.

Fabrication of structure available at 132 KV S/S Nidholi Kalan , ABL(08 Nos) structures
