85984 MAINT / REPLACEMENT / REPAIR OF CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONER AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE (SOUTH) PUNE.

M&L for complete cleaning of ducts by using HEPA filtered vaccum unit to create negative pressure in the duct system, by placing the same outside the occupied space by using variety of tools to agitate and loosen the dust, which shall be then drawn into the vaccum unit and contained therein. the cleaning should be done by using robotic tool ,monitored & operated remotely video camera for cleaning the hard to reach areas, which are out of reach for most duct cleaning equipments. Access cutting can be made, if required and shall later be refitted with screw and sealant. All floors and furnishing where the work will be carried on shall be covered and complete care shall be taken to avoid minimum amount of cross- contamination. upon completition of work the system shall be sanitized by fogging the ducts to ensure all mold and bacteria spores and foul smell is eradicated the entire process shall be caried out with Air compressor with bib, pneumatic air whips and power jobs, Rotary brush Drum vaccum wit pipe. Negative machine HEPA and 10" hose pipe and Robo camera with control unit. All clening agents/chemicals used shall be inaccordance with the regulation and shall be certified for use in the respective system for OT 1 & 2 plant AICTS (70TR running).

Ser. Item No. 1.00 Contd... During the inspection process collect particulate samples from the duct interior to provide with a complete laboratory analysis of the particulate content to identify hazards such as asbestos. Microbial samples are also taken to evaluate the duct surface for bacteria and mould growth complete all as specified and directed.
