Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading,transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each Deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : all heights Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washer complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.75 mm diameter

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, painting, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure / Rectangular / Square Section ( MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 minimum required grade E250,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL / RINL / TATA/JINDAL/APPOLO or approved equivalent , conforming to IS 1161/4923, minimum required Grade YST 310, in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc. using water jet 3-D cutting/Plasma cutting/ CNC Oxyfuel cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections to all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffoldings etc. required for all operations involved. The structural members shall be painted with 350 DFT anticorrosive protection coating using Primer cum MIO of approved make with two coat of Epoxy Primer cum MIO 125 microns (each coat) thick and final coat of polyurethane paint 100 microns thick (to be applied in 2 coats). Up to all heights including preparation of the surface by copper slag blasting before application of primer/paint as per SA2.5 standards. The item shall be executed as per approved drawings, Particular Specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.

Providing and fixing VISION GLASS panel 19.52 mm heat soaked laminated glass comprising of the two glass panels of approved make 10 mm thick heat soaked toughened float clear glass on upper face and 8 mm thick heat soaked toughened float clear glass on lower face with ceramic fritting of approved pattern & laminated with 1.52 mm thick PVB layer to form mono glass unit of approved make Saint Gobain / AIS / Pilkington / Galverbel as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in approved pattern, with stainless steel spider fittings of DORMA / HAFELE / GEZE / OZONE make. FHB M 12 flat headed routel fixed bolts, including making suitable holes in the glass before installation fixed to M.S structural frame work (Cost of providing M.S framework will be paid in steel work), complete as per design and drawings. The rates shall include fixing of glass to connector pipes with fixtures as detailed in drawings . All the glass to glass joints shall be sealed with silicon weather sealant grade shall be "DOW corning - USA" or "GE silicon - USA", "WACKER-Germany" as per the design requirement to make them water tight / airtight.The frameless glass canopy shall be aligned for the entire length and width by laser beam equipment to ensure 100 percent 'X' axis and 'Y' axis alignment.The rate includes the cost of glass, installations of one / two /four legs stainless steel spider fitting fixing in position, labours, T&P, Weather Sealant, Gasket, Scaffolding, all machineries and all taxes i.e. excise duty, custom duty etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note-1:-The above work is to be carried out by a speciallized agency / Applicator of manufacturer as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note-2 Accesories such as (i) Single arm truss fitting SS 316 Grade, (ii) Two arm truss fitting SS 316 Grade (iii) Four arm truss fitting SS 316 Grade (iv) Routel button head fixed upto 12 mm SS 316 Grade & (v) SS316 Bolt M12 SS 316 Grade shall be paid separately in separate items.

Providing & Laying full body matt/ plain tiles ( AGL,Johnson or approved equivalent ) in floor of minimum thichkness 15 mm with water absorption less than 0.06% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, brand and manufacturer laid on 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The slab must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of slab will be done with the help of notch trowel, wedge,clips of required thichkness, vaccum cups for lifting, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the slab gently and easily,all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in -charge. Size of tile 600 X 600 mm all colours and shades.

Replacing of damaged double structural 27mm DGU glazing in existing airside glazing system from aluminum framed partitions with neoprene gasket and filling with approved sealant, structural sealant of DOW-CORNIN/ GE/ WACKER or equivalent and gap of between glasses, and shall be sealed with weather sealant of DOW-CORNIN/ GE/ WACKER or equivalent, upto all heights etc. The double insulated glass is hermetically sealed unit using double seal with Polyisobutylene (Butyl) and polysulphide (Thiokol) made up of outer side with 6mm thich high performance toughened glass and inner side with 5mm thick clear toughened glass without tong marks, with an air gap of 16 mm at all and directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Cost of aluminum work and MS frame work required as per design will be measured and paid separately under respective items of contract.)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for Design, engineering, glass unit in Glass Canopy and related perimeter attachment hardware i/c associated structural steel ,RCC foundation work rain water drainage with all relevant calculation sheet and design vetted by I.I.T/NIT/Reputed Government College, issue of good for construction drawings and revision of drawing if required during execution etc. as specified in tender document and any other details related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of works etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of EIC.The steel structure has to be designed as per conceptual drawings of glass canopy profile including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, ,bases of columns and SS pin joints as applicable.
