Construction of 125 mm Bore Well with submersible pump unit and allied works at Chadoora in District Budgam.

Drilling of 125 mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I ) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost of shifting of drilling accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items. Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the directions of site engineer.

P/F of MS 125mm dia pipe and subsequent lowering of casing assembly and its welding after every 10 feet, up to the drilled/desired depth. The casing is to be slotted as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer. The specifications of the tube well shall be as under: as per IS 4270:2001

Providing, Fitting, and commissioning of Single Phase Submersible type pumping unit along with allied jobs. Complete details of the job are: P/F/T and commissioning of single phase pumping equipment following specifications: Discharge = 600-800 GPH, Head 60-80 mtrs, Speed= 2900rpm Motor Rating= 1.5 HP . The pump motor is coupled together with a steel coupling. The job includes lowering of the submersible pump equipment. It includes P/F of starter suitable for motor rating and as decided by the site Engineer.

Providing and fitting of 32 mm dia.GI column pipe (B-class 3 mtr each in length). The pipe is properly threaded at both end. The pipe shall be provided and fitted with GI sockets for jointing purpose.

Providing and fitting of 3 KVA single phase automatic voltage stabilizer dry type with allied accessories.

Providing and Fitting of submersible cable of 2.5 sq. mm for connecting pumping unit with motor starter.

Providing and Fitting of 05 mm Steel wire rope for holding sub type pumping unit.

Providing and Fitting of 40 mm dia. MS holding clamps 2 No. fabricated out of 10 mm thick MS Plate with nuts and bolts.

Providing and fitting of reducer 32mm – 25 mm dia.= 2 No. The job also includes P/F of 32mm dia G.I bend 2 No.

Providing/Laying of Plain Cement Concrete block of size 4ft×4ft×1ft in 1:3:6 mix to give adequate strength to act as a sanitary block for the well and to grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping. The job includes Providing/laying of PCC edges of 4”×4” in 1:3:6 mix and P/L of cement plaster in 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of stuttering, strutting, centering, curing etc. is included in the scope of work. In case the suitable space for the above specification is not available, the surface area is to be adjusted accordingly.
