Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : 15.12.1 Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns,pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing andreinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

M/L for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for columns , pillars, piers,abutments,posts and struts

M/L for steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete . (use Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.)

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing :Rectangular shape 1500x450 mm

Material and labour for Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface including removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth interior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of interior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade)wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (small series) frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm).

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of G.S. Sheet.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing Ridges plain (500 - 600mm), 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing Barge board (Upto 300 mm), 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete.

Supply and fix crumb rubber tiles 10 mm thickness and 50x50cm size with shock proof with noise absorbtionand vibration rteduction properties as per site requirements suitable for home gym of approved quality.

Install only hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : (a). The rates quoted shall deem to include the cost of cutting holes in the brick wall for passing copper tubing and making good the surfcaes to match with adjoining surfaces. (b). The cost of copper tubing of size 5/8" and 1/4" with suitable insulation up to a length of 4.5 mtr is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (c) Out door fixing stand alongwith angle iron frame included in the unit is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (d) Split ACs will be issued under Sch "B" store
