Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm paneldetectors etc.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors of mild steel angle section of size 35x35x5mm, joints metred and welded by angle iron size 35x35x5mm flate pieces to the existing T iron frame to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing necessary etc.

S/F flush door commercial quality to IS Part 1 (1983) inclding fixing of wooden cleatsand stoper and including fixing and sdjust of things bolt lock and etc. 35 mm thick

Distempering with acrylic distemper of approved brand two coat over one priming coat of whiteing on old surface after throughly brushing other foreign matter including prepare thr surface even and sand paper smooth including cost of all material, labour and T&P. Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastred surfaceto prapare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing welder of fixing old trusses and old GI sheet for prepare GI sheet roof

Wiring for light point/ fan/power point with 1.5 sq mm FRLS P.V.C.insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switches, modular plate,suitable GI bos and earthing the point with 1.5 sq mm FRLS P.V.C.insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing modular switches/socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required 15/16 A switch
