Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt, including plaster or concrete bedding up to the RCC slab of any description over the surfaces of roof, terraces including flashings and junctions of parapets/Curb walls etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance exc. 250 m but n.exc. 500 m and depositing where directed,complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type B-O, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm greded aggregate) as in roof curve or mud stops, rounded of chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer on RCC Roof top surface in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with Liquid water proofing admixture as per manufactrues instructiones finished the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed . (Note :- WPA shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces thoroughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as directed and given here in after (a) Bituminious primer @ 0.3 ltr per Sqm confirming to IS 3384-1986 on roof surfaces prior laying APP. (b) Providing water proofing treatment with five layered membrane 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm APP modified bituminous membrane reinforced with non voven polyester mat of weight 160 gms/sqm as centre core applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane. (c) Applying Two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @100 gms per sqm over mebrane

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

M &L complete removed existing treatment on old platered surface of wall and applying 3 mm thick wall care putty in two layers to achive smooth finish complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing.scrapping down smoke soot.moulds.moss and efflorescent salts,trading oil and greasy spots, l etc and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (Weather coat) white/coloured on walls with and including provision of scaffolding , ladders, cradles etc required for the treatment to external surfaces of building with required safety measures etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Disconnecting existing water tanks of any description, of capacity exceeding 500 litre & not exceeding 1000 litre, setting aside for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc including writting of cleaning date on water tanks complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layers of 1000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including dismantling of existing water storage tank of any description all as directed.

S&F 20mm bore Ball valves, high pressure, PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron piped and fixed in position all as specified. Make- Prayag or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore Ball valves, high pressure, PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron piped and fixed in position all as specified. Make- Prayag or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore Gun Metal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store bore of pipe 15mm complete all as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) bore of pipe 15mm all as directed.

Supply and fix 15mm dia steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store bore of pipe 20mm complete all as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) bore of pipe 20mm complete all as directed

Supply and fix 20mm dia steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing and making good , cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as directed. Note : Work shall be executed in triple storey building

Chipping of existing deteriorated damaged & loose concrete from the external surfaces of the structure of OHT by mechanical means or by using wire brush/ chisel/ hammer etc without damageing the structure, cleaning furthered exposed the sound concrete using wire brush including removing the loose scale of corrosion etc from the exposed reinforcement to make it free from dust, residues etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for complete removal of existing treatment on concrete surfaces by using steel wire brushes and washing the surface with jet of water, define the crack with sharp sdge tool then clean and moisten. Applying ready to use acrylic polymeric non-shrink "Paintex-4" of Make : Choksey and equivalent upto 10mm depth and 12mm wide cracks and finish at ht upto 21 mtr complete after 24 inspect and if required as a result of auto-suction, provide another filling over the same all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for Removal of all rust materials from the corroded reinforcement cleaned by wire brush further cleaned with air blower/ water jet & finally cleaned by rust removing agent Rust remover (Modified acid with different additive base, single component) then apply protective coating of Techguard 101 (Epoxy-Polyamide Zinc rich Primer) of Make - Choksey and equivalent technical specification and manufacturers recommendation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of polymer based bond on the prepared conctere surface with Master latex of Make : Choksey and equivilant as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for and placement of ready to use non shrink, cementious free flow micro concrete Master rock basic of make : Choksey or equivalent materials including necessary formwork for 25mm thickness as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for and placement of ready to sue non shrink, cementious free flow micro concrete Master rock basic of make : Choksey or equivalent materials including necessary formwork for 40mm thickness as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement plaster any description from walls/ ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & Scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on internal and external surface of concrete in CM 1:3 in two layers of 10mm thick back and 5mm thick top layer, mixed with WPC like Master proof IWP of make : Choksey or equivalent 100 ml per 50kg cement bag to top layers manufacturers instruction, finished to be fair and evenwithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of WPC to be inclusive in the quoted rate of above item.

M&L for 20mm thick rendering on internal and external surface of concrete in CM 1:3 in two layers of 10mm thick back and 5mm thick top layer, mixed with WPC like Master proof IWP of make : Choksey or equivalent 100 ml per 50kg cement bag to top layers manufacturers instruction, finished to be fair and evenwithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on internal and external surface of concrete surface as in ceiling with WPC like Master proof IWP of make : Choksey or equivalent100 ml per 50kg cement bag manufacturers instruction, finished to be fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of WPC to be inclusive in the quoted rate of above item.

M&L for drilling of 16mm hole into the depth of 180mm in conctere followed by cleaning with blow pump and cleaning with blow pump and cleaning brush and fixing of 12mm rebar with Lockfix ofMake : Fosrock or equivilant with help of HILTI HDE Dispenser for lintel application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of an expended grout admixture Master Grant CPG 1 for pressure grouting using min 15mm dia , 100mm long PVC nozzles 1 m c/c in the concrete with the help of 200mm long dummy rod. Dummy rod should be removed after the initial set of concrete. Extra after removal of dummy rod Master plug of M/s Choksey or equivalent used for finishing nozzles are to be provided along the construction joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of surface of wall/ ceiling and applying two coat of 'Techryst Super' of make : Choksey or equivalent @ 1.40 Kg per Sqm on inside of tank all as per manufacturers instruction complete.

M&L Preparation of surface of wall/ ceiling and applying two coat of 'Techoxy -3' food grain materials of make : Choksey or equivalent all as per manufacturers instruction complete.

M&L Preparation of surface and applying two coats of exterior Acrylic elastomeric Futura-5 of Make : Choksey or equivalent dust proof paint over a coat of exterior acrylic water based primer of approved colour Futura Sealer coat of Make : Choksey and equivilant all as per manufacrurers instruction complete.(Note For Item No 19 to 34 :- The rate is included for disposal of waste/ rubble/ spoil etc from site of work to outside of MD land as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The lead and lift as required including provision of standard steel scaffolding upto a height 21 mtr. rate shall deemed to have been included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be admitted at a later date in this respect)

M & L for Preparation of two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over one coat of red oxide, of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces of steel complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc.1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation ,manhole etc not exc 10sq.m on plan and getting out al as specified.

M & L for poly corbonate sheet 6mm thick multi wall with both side protection.Make: Duratuff/ lexun
