Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 - 12mm tk including cost of all materials,labour,lead, lift,etc., complete.

Floor Plaster with cement mortar 1:3 - 12 mm tk including cost of all materials,labour, lead, lift,etc., complete.

Providing 3mm TK pin headed glass for window glass panels including cost of glass , labour charges,required m seal with luppum, lead, lift,etc., complete.

White washing two coat with fine screened shell lime including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Painting inside the walls with two coats of oil bound Distember over a coat of primer including cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, scafolding etc.,complete.

Painting the outer walls with two coats with ( ready mixed Plastic emulsion) of first class quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping,clean removal of dirt including cost of all materials lead,lift etc.,complete.

Painting with one coat of ready mixed synthetic enamal paint including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift,etc., complete.

Providing of 110 mm dia ( 4kg / cm2 ) PVC approval quality and best variety (Finolex or equalant) pipe including specials, T.W plugs, clamps,screws,lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian type white water closet of size 580 x 440 mm (Oriya pan) with P or S traps, both sides glazed with a pair of foot rests with necessary brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2, complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials, labour, transporting with necessary fittings, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing white wash basin 550x400mm with all accessories such as cast iron brackets, 32 mm dia C.P waste coupling, rubber plug & chain, 32mm dia. B class G.I waste pipe, 15mm dia. G.M wheel valve, 15mm dia. nylon connection, 15mm dia. brass nipples, 15mm C.P pillar tap, etc. including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Supplying & fixing of solid PVC door shuttets using 19 gauge19 mm M.S.square tubes for styles and outer frames,15 mm M.S.square tubes for top,lock and bottom rails.The steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets ,shutter using 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture fittings.The overall size of styles shall be 50 mm X 30 mm.The overall size of top rail,lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75 mm X 30 mm The overall size of frames shall be 50mm X 45 mm,with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.
