EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. Collection and supply of sand and filling in to the basment including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per std specification

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Column footing - Foundation basement

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 83/4"x41/4"x21/4" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of bending to shape and tying in position and forming grills for all R.C.C works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for etc., complete.

Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over exposed RCC surface of celing including finishing the joints smooty with grinding machine and the surface shall be throughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing.

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc,.

Supplying of steel doors, windows, ventilators etc., with best approved best quality etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
