M& L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 25mm thick (measured solid)with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate including all mouldings set in CM(1:4) etc all as sepcified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc.complete all as specified.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 , mixed with water proofing compound, on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete.
