Provision of LED Facia Signage, Gantry Signboard and LED Pictograph Signage in Terminal Building at Imphal Airport

Design,Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Facia signboard to be mounted as per following. The signboard shall be fabricated with 3mm composite Aluminium panel of Eurobond /Alucobond /Renobond /Alubond /Alstone make. The matter shall be in 3 (Three) languages computer cut routed as per design approved by Engineer-in-charge. 5mm thick poly carbonate sheet shall be fixed with inner side of the board so as the lettering will glow white. The boxing will be formed after making U grove on back side of composite aluminium panel and it shall be folded with folding jig, press flat to ensure straight line. The corners at the edges shall be sealed with approved sealant. There shall be aluminium frame of 2" X 1" of 2 mm rectangular pipe inside the boxing & so to screw the structure and make it rigid. Suitable LED modules shall be provided so as to illuminate the signages text evenly from inside the boxing. Rear side/centre opening shall be provided on the boxing to carry out easy maintenance of sign board and there shall be bird spikes on top of the board etc., complete as required. Suitable to install on existing pipe structure across the approach road with necessary clamps & brackets for fixing.

Design,Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of illuminated, openable, easily maintainable vinyl slim signage board of following size (s) made out of 1.44mm thick aluminum extruded profiles with concealed hinged profile system, extrusions with 20 microns anodizing / epoxy powder coating of approved shade & colour and have necessary light proof ventilation arrangement. The text in 3/2 (three/two) languages, signage matter shall be electro cut computerized automated self-adhesive vinyl graphics of 3M/Avery make grey/black out film behind and white/yellow message created by using 3M /Avery make translucent film to be transferred on 5mm thick unbreakable Opal White polycarbonate sheet on the readable side of the box, non readable side shall have 1.5mm thick Aluminum sheet as per requirement of approved art works including supply of suitable ceiling mounting arrangement of 32 mm Dia SS pipe, gypsum board cutting, misc ceiling works (if required) and making good the damage or on the existing pole along with internal illumination using LED modules to achieve uniform illumination (LED make: Osram/philips/Nichila/Cree) complete with all internal wiring ,connectors etc .as required as per specifications.- (Interior signages)
