As per Tender Notice LOT-4

E/W in foundation of : Dry earth work in foundation of building work including all lead & lift including disposal and back filling with all cost of labour and T&P etc.

Earth work in embankment by power transport for a lead of up to 1Km including excavation loading,unloding, manual compation and dressing including all lift,rate shall be applicable for lead beyond 30m and up to 1Km.

Supply and filling in foundation including supply of necessary quantity of sand and including watering , ramming , dressing etc.rate to include cost of all materials , labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Laying P.C.C. with stone ballast 1 : 4 : 8 in foundation (1 cement, 4coarse sand, 8 stone ballast 25mm to 40mm size) including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. required for porper completion of the work.

Laying CC of concrete grade 1:1.5:3 in all R.C.C. work with coarse sand and stone grit size 10mm to 20 mm and cement , including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. required for porper completion of the work.

Centering & shutering for R.C.C. work including rent of suttring , material , labour and T&P etc. required for porper completion of the work for slab and wall etc.

1st class Brick masonry in foundation wall 1:4 Cement and coarse sand mortar using class M-150 bricks complete in all respect including all leads, lifts, all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. required for porper completion of the work.

25 mm thick D.P.C. 1:1.5:3 cement concrectc consisting of one 1part cement 1.5 part coarse sand and 3 part approved 13mm graded stone grit including water proofing materials as order by engineer in charge in proportion as specified by the manufacturers. ain 10mm stone grit with water proofing compond including shuttering as necessary.

1st class Brick masonry in superstructure wall 1:4 Cement and coarse sand mortar using class M-150 bricks complete in all respect including all leads, lifts, all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. required for porper completion of the work.

Anti - termint treatment :- Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional anti-termint treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and all around the column pits,wall trenches, basment excavation,top surface in plinth filling junction of wall and floor,along the external perimeter of building , expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc.complete aldrine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptachlor or chlordane will be used . the rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per IS:6313,part II-1981).
