PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND PAINTING OF HOT EOT CRANES INCLUDING MAINT OF CONTROL PANEL AND REPAIR REWINDING OF MOTORS AT NAVAL STATION KARANJA

Periodical maintenance of electrically operated travelling (EOT) Crane up to 25 mtrs span, 0.5 Ton to 5 Ton capacity. Class II medium duty floor operated comprising of hoist motor, micro motor, long travel motor, Cross travel motor, gear box, control panel etc. installed as per list attached -26 Nos. (Appendix 'B' ) including dismantling / replacing unserviceable parts with new parts at installation and painting of cranes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Ditto - all as per sl item No 1.00 herein before 0.5 to 3 TON capacity flame proof and spark proof EOT crane span up to 18 mtrs -06 Nos . As per list attached (Appxdix 'B') complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Ditto - all as per sl item No 1.00 herein before 5 to 25 TON capacity flame proof and spark proof EOT crane span up to 18 mtrs -14 Nos . As per list attached (Appxdix 'B') complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Half yearly maintenance of hand operated travelling (HOT) Crane up to 10 mtrs Span capacity up to 2.5 ton Class- II, light duty including dismentling / replacing unserviceable parts with new parts at installation as per list attached 53 Nos (Appendix 'B') complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

-Ditto - all as per srl item No 4.00 herein before but 3 TON /5 TON HOT Crane, 13 mtrs span as per list attached - 29 Nos ( Appx 'B') complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note for Sl Item No. 1 to 5 :-

(i) Supply only spare parts excluding minor parts will be measured & paid for under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part II

(ii) Contractor shall carry out necessary load testing after replacement of major parts of crane every time and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rates and nothing extra will be paid. However annual load testing of crane and necessary painting will be measured and paid separately under Sch 'A' Part III.

(iii) Contractor shall attend day to day complaints of crane regularly and maintenance shall be carried out accordingly for smooth functioning of crane and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rates and nothing extra will be paid.

M&L for rewinding the following capactiy 3 phase electric motors for hoist motion, LT motion, CT motion of crane with copper winding wire of gauge as per existing with class 'B' insulation including dismantling ,transporting, refixing and testing on load all as specified & directed.

(a) 3HP 3 phase 1450 RPM electric motor

(b) 2HP 3 phase 1450 RPM electric motor

(c ) 6HP 3 phase 1450 RPM electric motor

M&L for MS grade Fe-410-0 framed work such as ladders, balusters, walkways, railings and similar works duly welded / reveted/ bolted etc complete including preparation of surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, zinc chrome primer, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of mild steel work any type and in any situation complete all as directed.

M&L for annual load testing electrically operated travelling(EOT) crane upto 25 mtrs span 0.5 TON and up to 5 TON capacity including requirment of load and transportation of load material and necessary equipments for testing & including preperation of old steel surfaces and appying one coat for writing of date on crane of synthetic paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto - all as per item No.54.0 here in before but of hand operated ( HOT ) up to 10 mtrs span of capacity up to 2.5 Ton

S&F in repair and making true alignment of crane track and track joint by means of welding, heating , cutting, grouting and fixing of new pressure plate of bolts including necessary plastering, repairing and leveling of crane track including grouting in PCC(1:2:4) concrete and fixing new rolled mild steel angle (Fe-410-W, grade E-250, quality-B) of size 40 x 40 x5 mm at edge of trench including testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Testing of EOT /HOT cranes upto 1 TON to 5 TON and submitting test report as per the form No 11 of rule No 62 & 64 of Maharasthra Factories Rules act. The report include safety aspect and current safety report of hoist, chain ropes, overall working conditioin of EOT/HOT cranes. The load test certificate/report should be signed and to be carried out by authorised Govt competent person/Engr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Carrying out load testing will be measured and paid sepratlely under item No 4 to 8 above)

M& L for Testing of EOT /HOT cranes upto 5 TON to 25 TON and submitting test report as per the form No 11 of rule No 62 & 64 of Maharasthra Factories Rules act. S & in repairs Installation of Horizontal tube Reduction gear box from 1440 RPM to 60 RPM in 90⁰ direction fixing on M.S. Angle iron frame with suitable Nut Bolt including all accessories & Hardware, First oil fillers in gear Box all as manufacture instruction all as directed

S & F in repairs Installation in repairs of M.S. Coupler suitable between 2 HP Motor with reduction gear including Rubber Packing between them, all as directed

S & F in repairs Installation of M.S. Coupler suitable between gear Box of Rolling shutter to Reduction gear ,all as directed.

S & F in repairs Installation of gear Box to convert the Horizontal movement of Reduction gear to vertical shaft of Rolling shutter & fixing on existing wall with coach screw including greasing & complete all as directed

S & F sub main wiring with PVC conduit & fixing including 1.5 sqmm & 2 core on wall by suitable saddle & spucer to connect the limit switch to pannel Board all as directed

M & L for Plumb Box for 32mm shaft of Rolling shutter fixed on wall by coach screw all as directed

S & F Coupling guard made out M.S. Weld mess Jalli over coupler fixed with Nut Bolt all as directed
