Concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria) incl the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete material 50mm average thickness from slabs, beams/columns etc with mannual chiesels or standard power driven percussion type or of approved make incl tapering of all edges, make square shoulder of cavities incl cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removel of rust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron as per specification, applying the SBR Latex based bonding agent on each layer of the shootcreting work of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP on the entire surface complete all as directed including 5mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Sika / Fosroc/Pidilite or Techno commercial equivalent make approved by GE in writing from E-in-C's approved list. Note : Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator.
Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4kg/sqm cut to lengths, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including cost of material, labour, tools and plants incl welding/L-clip/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per kg of material consumed Make: Sika - SikaDur 52 LP/ Fosroc- Conbextra EP 10/ Pidilite Dr Fixit Epoxy Injection Grout or equivalent make approved by GE in writing from E-in-Cs Br approved list.
Material and labour in repair to RCC fillet beams in ceiling girth n. exc. 450mm including necessry dubbing coat making edges straight etc with cement mortar (1:3) over a coat of neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Complete removal of existing plaster over the effloresence affected bricks using mechanical means and the affected brick shall be completely exposed and Material and labour for apparent visible effloresence to be first cleaned using hard wire brush and all crystal deposits to be removed, the bricks shall then be cleaned using soft brush of powdery crystals removed then make a (1:4) solutions of vinegar and water (1 Part vinegar and 4 parts water) and apply it to the efforescence affected area using a nylon brush and then all the vinegar & water solution to sit on the surface of the affected area for 15 minutes, but do not allow the solution to dry and rinse the area with clean water using low pressure jet, two cycles of cleaning using vinger water solutions shall be repeated complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for running welding in repairs thickness of metal to be welded will be exc 9 mm but not exc 20mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling brick terracing tiles single layer from roof laid and pointed in cement mortar and removing/disposal off from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Demolition/taking out of mud from roofs, any thickness, including removing / cutting uprooting grass, vegetations and roots of small plants etc on roof and surrounding/parapit wall etc, including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Material and labour for cleaning of top roof surface by wire brushing, removing all dust, loose particle of concrete and washing with water and repairing small cracks if any by filling concrete etc and preparing the roof surface to receive screed/rendering, after preparing the surface applying 10mm thick rendering /screed in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under relevant item of BOQ
Material and labour for Preparing surface of screed on roof and cleaned of all dust, loose particle etc , sprinkling water on the surface and ensure water does not stand anywhere. If it is so, the roof surface shall be leveled than surface shall be painted with one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr per sqm, applied over primed surface APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application, torching with overlaps as recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for lime concrete terracing using brick aggregate and surkhi as specified in clause 11.11 and laying as specified in clause 11.27 of MES Sch Part-I (2009) minimum thickness at edge 40mm and increasing uniformly towards ridges to obtain a chain slope 1:40, the top shall be trowelled with the addition of jaggery solution and finished smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Make:- DHDDCDP025202003 of Havelles or Techno commercial equivalent in Anchor / Legrand / Schneider
Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing wire of size 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto electric equipment, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 25mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. including cutting and threading of pipe, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 40mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. including cutting and threading of pipe, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 25mm bore iron pipes including taking down old unserviceable valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches / ducts / through pipes / in floors / under roads / under hard standing /along poles and testing, Cross linked Polyethylene (XLPE) LT Cable, XLPE Insulated, PVC inner sheathed, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I)-1988 with upto date amendments, including taking out old unserviceable cable any size complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, boring/cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.)

Material and labour for sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)
Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing in replacement GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm bore, ISI marked, fixed along poles/walls or laid in trenches, under road for cable protection including fittings (elbow, tee, socket etc) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earthwork as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)
Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, bed block & similar work etc including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, for embedded posts/poles & similar work etc including weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Boring hole/Excavation by trenchless technology for boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding using trenchless boring machine or by means of manual manpower suitable for inserting GI pipe any dia upto 50mm including removal of surplus soil and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Pipe for inserting as required shall be measured and paid for separately.
