Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces in patches finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted, over and including a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted, over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint all as directed.

S&F 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, coloured (red/yellow) glossy finish, machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size laid dry over and including 50 mm thick screened river washed sand cushion.

M&L for filleting, section of fillet n. exc. 25 sqcm, in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, finishing cement concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section, embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section, embedded in concrete, brickwork, masonry etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing rusted/broken GI barbed wire, any type including wire to be neatly coiled on rough drums and removing unserviceable from site and keep serviceable aside for reuse all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs mild steel galvanised steel punched type concertina coil 600 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) of average weight not less than 1.06 kg/m (stretched) and fixed to angle iron with 3.15 mm dia GI wire all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 24 above but refixing only in repairs and fixed to angle iron with 3.15 mm dia GI wire all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining and resecuring galvanised, 2 strand, steel bared wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings including making good staples as directed for (each line wire to be measured)

S&F mild steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type with line wires and tie bars.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of 3.15 mm dia wire and 75 x 75 mm mesh size (pitch of wire).

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire Note:- Chain link fencing and line wires shall be measured and paid for separately as “supply only”.

S&F mild steel screw bolts, (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia of neck, n. exc. 5 cm long, with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

S&F mild steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; ramed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar works.

M&L for running welding in repairs, thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for welding in repairs exc. 2.5 cm but n. exc. 5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded n. exc. 6 mm.

Taking down steel gate of any type and size and refixing the same at same or any position/location after necessary demolition of cement concrete/plaster/weld etc. for carrying out minor repair/alteration by means of welding, greasing etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 40 but except fly ash bricks. Note:- Old fly ash bricks obtained from item No. 39 shall be reused under this item.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm stone aggregate in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4, including necessary form work moulds etc all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge n. exc. 20 mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, brought upto courses.

M&L for flush pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in CM 1:4

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash.
