Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminum/ copper point wiring (light/ fan/ socket/ power) complete including fixture & fitting such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses regulators, lamp holder etc. but excluding light fittings & fixture and exhaust fans etc removing and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring surface type with two single core 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable in and including suitable size PVC casing capping with all fittings and fixing accessories and suitable size PVC box for mounting switches, regulator etc including multi-strand PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm and connecting to light fitting/fans/call bell etc complete all as specified and directed for following :- (Colour code to be followed)

Taking down carefully ceiling/exhaust fan of any sweep and any make, disconnecting from ceiling rose and carrying out necessary repairs including overhauling, cleaning internally & externally, oiling, greasing, checking of eletrical connections, reassembling, testing and hanging/fixing in its original position complete all as directed. (Note : Rewinding / Cost of components shall be measured and paid separately under respective items here-in-after).

M&L for rewinding of ceiling / exhaust fan with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable size and providing with suitable insulation to fan including replacement of worn out nut, bolt, washers, split pin etc. complete all as directed for the following type of fans:-

Ceiling fan of any Make 1200 mm to 1400 mm sweep

Exhaust fan of any Make 300mm to 380mm sweep.

Exhaust fan of any Make 450 mm sweep.

Supply only the following components of fan in replacement of unserviceable all as directed:-

Ball bearing of suitable size for ceiling fan/Exhaust fan of any size and sweep.

Condenser 2.5/3.15 Mfd for ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any size and sweep.

Condenser 4 Mfd capacity 230 volts AC suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust fan

MS Clamps with nut bolts and washers for hanging of ceiling fan of any size.

Removing storage type water geysers of 50/25 ltrs capacity of any type, make & model from its existing location, transportation to work shop for repairs and transportation back and reinstallation of geyser as per technical instructions and as directed by engr-in-charge and including the following a) Dismantling complete geyser and carrying out complete overhauling i.e; disconnecting electric supply and opening the heating plate, inner assembly, descaling complete assembly including heating element or otherwise. Replacement of defective heating element inlet and outlet tubes and refixing the assembly with gasket of good quality and tightening the nuts properly, reassembling geyser with all safety devices as specified in technical instructions and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge complete. Notes:- Spare parts, safety devices with its required accessories shall be measured and paid seperately at supply only rates here-in-after .

Supply only the following parts for geysers 50/25 Ltrs capacity. (Make of parts shall be as per make of Geysers) :

Heating element 2 KW suitable for operation on 230V AC 50Hz
