Replacement of old damaged panel by way of supply installation testing and commissioning of floor mounted power distribution electric control panel for boiler house at govt. bone and joint hospital srinagar

Dismantling of the existing defunct electric panel at boiler house by way of disconnecting the existing electrical connections/ cable to the panel and the existing old MCCB and change over Panel . The job also includes cutting of the existing cable tray and fixed angle iron stand to the panel for making access for the new electrical panel along with re routing of the cable tray and the overlaid cables. The job includes SITC of cubical type floor mounted power distribution electrical panel for Boiler House of Govt. Bone and Joint Hospital, Srinagar suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 4Wire 50Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design .The panel shall be extensible ,high conductivity, air -insulated aluminium main busbars supported by heavy duty, non-hygroscopic, flame retardent DMC/SMC blocks. The entire assembly must be certified to feature a modern short circuit fault withstand capacity rating of 50 KA for 1 second includes 2 no of explicit copper earthing studs, interior copper bus link bridges to specific switch gears, and standarized 1.5 sqmm copper FRLS copper interior control circuit pre wiring. The panel shall be fabricated out of high grade CRCA sheet steel ,Framework structural chassis and structural panel doors must feature a minimum thickness of 2.0mm .Base/top detachable cable gland entry plates must feature upgraded thickness of 3.0mm to ensure structural load capacity for heavy cable entry loops .The details of pre wired panel are as follows; Size:-LBH=5'X 7'X18".The Job also includes fixing of panel with the wall as per the directions of the site engineer.
