Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis RCC framed structure building Multi Storied Car Parking Cum City Hall At Jorhat Town (Balance Work) (B+G+2) ,with support services & allied facilities, by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. (Excluding the balance work of already executed ( B+G+1) block of area: 1845sq.m (approx)) Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and construction of External development works: Levelling, Random rubble masonry, Road, pavement, External parking, foothpath, Horticulture & Landscape, boundary wall with gate, storm water drain, rain water harvesting, trenches for services, distribution lines, approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge. (Note: The job is including the existing and proposed construction)
Planning, Designing and construction of External Electrical works, Panel etc and any other Capital Equipments and accessories which requires maintenance ESS, DG SETS, TRANSFORMER and as per CPWD Maintenance Manual 2019: Comprehensive maintenance for 3 (three) years of ESS, DG SETS, Transformer units after two year warranty period. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumbles, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel , power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. Including APDCL security money. (Note: The job is including the existing and proposed construction)
