BUILDING REPAIRING WORK

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (size 600x600 mm), laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments. etc. complete.

Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls etc. complete with CM (1:4).

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area 3 sqm and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. Complete and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling roofing of GS sheet including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr lead.

Providing and laying half brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4.

Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4.

Providing and making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper (one or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade on old work (two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied).

Providing and Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for partition with doors with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections of approved make fixing with dash fasterners of required dia and size, incl necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc complete. for Door shutters.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. With EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Complete with float glass panes of 5.5 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing aliminum tubular handle bar powder coated 32 mm outer dia, 3.0 mm thick & 2100 mm long with SS screws etc. Complete. Of anodized (AC15) aluminum tubular handle bar.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand incl cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 100 mm brass locks for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. Complete.

Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows and ventilators all complete with 4mm thick glass panes.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form in sides of slab.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in positing and binding all complete (TMT bars).

Providing cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Kota stone flooring over 20 mm thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4.

Providing and fixing 20mm dia curtain rods of 1.25 mm thick chromium plated brass plate, with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. Brass screws and wooden plugs etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile ceiling with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05%) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, ridges or hips of width (500-600 mm) using self drilling/self tapping screws complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Earth work in excavation in fdn trenches incl dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m incl getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade with cement mortar 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone agg 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in fdn and superstructure incl leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone 20 mm nominal size agg) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) with raised and cut pointing.

Providing and fixing on wall unplasticised rigid PVC pipes 75 mm dia weep holes.
