REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF WATER LEVEL INDICATOR AND CLEANING AND PAINTING OF RCC OVER HEAD RESERVOIRS / UG SUMPS AT AYODHYA CANTT UNDER AGE(I) AYODHYA

M&L for cleaning of RCC overhead reservoirs internally of capacity 100000 gallons on upto 21 metre high staging including removing deposits, sand etc from inside the tank, scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom of inside tank with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus/ algae/ vegetation, filling of cavities inside of tank with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with quick settling chemical and applying one coat of white wash inside dome.Writing date of cleaning outside the tank complete all as specified and directed including cleaning of wash out system as required for proper flushing out of dirts/ deposits of over head tank. Note :- (i) All type of T&P and Labour etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the installation at appropriate location upto 50 mtr as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Item Ser No. 1.00 above but RCC OH reservoir of capacity 50000 gallons complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning of Under Ground Sump internally as well as externally of capacity upto 10000 gallons after pumping out of residual water including removing deposit, sand from inside the sump, scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus/ algae/ vegetation, filling of cavities inside and outside of tank with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with quick settling chemical and applying one coat of white wash inside including top side & writing date of cleaning outside complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) All type of T&P including portable non-clog pump for pumping out residual water before cleaning and Labour etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the installation at a distance upto 50 Mtr as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of Exterior weather proof paint on all external surface of overhead reservoir of capacity 100000 gallons including coulms and beams of staging up to 21 metre high after scraping/ preparing of Old surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on Inlet, outlet, overflow and washout CI/ GI/ DI pipes as per existing colour from ground level up to top of the reservoir complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. [Note: - (i) The work shall be executed in Overhead tanks upto 21.00 mtr height by providing necessary scaffolding duly adhering all safety precaution while carrying out the works. (ii)The cost of Scaffolding shall be deemed into the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be payment to Contractor. (iii) The exterior weather proof panit shall be executed by the Contractor after Approval by the AGE(I) Ayodhya.

All as per item No 4.00 above but for overhead reservoir of capacity 50000 gallons complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on DI fittings and fittings of distribution header including sluice valves of various pump houses after scraping/ preparing of Old surfaces and writing location of particular area to be fed on each distribution line along with arrow mark complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing two coats of synthetic enamelled base paint on external surface of MS sheet/ rails and complete staircase with suitable colour coding to overhead RCC reservoir at stagging appx 21 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing honey comb grown on outer surface of RCC overhead reservoirs of capacity 100000/ 50000 gallons on upto 21 metre high staging and applying two coats of cement based paint on the affected area duly matching with the existing colour all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The work shall be carried out by professionals and department will not take any responsibility in case of casuality caused by honey bees.

M&L for Rolled mild steel in Joist ,channel,angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. for repair to staircase,hand rails,back rest of over head reservoir, gate etc or as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- All T&P including welding machine and labour charges for working on OH tanks upto 21 mtr high staging deemed to be included in the quoted rate

M&L for microprocessor based smart water level controller with sensor integration via screw terminals with the on – field configuration for overhead tank. Indication for 5 sensor reading per tank ( 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) display interface with 4.3”TFT LCD screen with 32bit microcontroller unit, fixed resolution 480 X 720 pixels. Operating temperature for device -20 to 70 Degree C. The controller must support I/O based controls over 8 Bit 8051 Base Microcontroller Unit with support for Buzzer/Alarm at 25% and 100% capacity to operate On/Off operations. Manual Override option (toggle switch) to override the controls from Auto mode. The enclosure is made of ABS Material for IP protection. ( Dust and water resistance) Make:- Sathya Sai /Sinetrac chime electronics or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
