AMC Annual maintenance contract for day to day erection /shifting of 3.3 KV overhead line for a period of one year at Chhal OCM ,SECL Raigarh Area .

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling required having pole lenght 10m/11m/12m/13m.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 3.3KV/11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 3.3KV/11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc

Supplying of channel iron 75mm x40mm x 6 mm(7.14 kg per meter) pole top bracket/cross arm for single 3.3KV/11KV over head line conductor complete with 50mm x 6mm M.S flat iron clamps,bolts,nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins,bolts, nuts etc

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular pole for 3.3/11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 3.3KV/11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 3.3KV over head lines as required

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required

Erection of ACSR Dog conductor including binding etc. as required = 47 span* 50 M x 3 wire =7050 Km

Supply of 6 SWG GI wire (@ 0.192Kg/mtr.) = 0.192*2350m = 451.2 Kg for running earth

Supply of angle iron bracket(50x50x6mm) ,65cm long for running earth

Supply of clamps,nuts& bolts etc for running earth bracket

Erection of G.I. Wire No 6/8 SWG including binding etc. as required for running earth.

Supply of G.I. Wire No. 6 SWG including binding etc. with 75mmX40 mm channel iron and nut, bolts ,clamps as required & making of cradle gaurd as required.

Erection of cradle guard as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required and providing pole grounding.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ struct embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. Conductor weight = 19span x50mtr span length x 5 (3 conductor, GI wire, cross arms etc.) x 394kg/KM = 1871.5Kg
