All panels fixed using counter sunk screws. Sign Frame:Sign frame fabricated using 1.5mm MS CRCA sheet, powder coated, colour white with inbuilt frame to receive the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with 3M brand double side tape from inside. The panel should be made easily openable for maintenance.Sign suspender:Suspenders made of stainless steel circular pipe of 35 mm dia. Shall be directly fixed to the sign frame. 29) Emergency Signs - Photoluminiscent Signs - 2.6b1, 2.6b2 , 2.6 b3 2.6 b4 & 2.6 b5 Refer design drawing 2.6b Providing and fixing photoluminiscent signs glow in dark in case ofno lights in case of power failure. All signs shall be screen printed using artworks provided and with photoluminiscent materials as per technical specifiations. Screen printing shall be done on self adhesive vinyl and pasted on 2mmthick powder coated white aluminium plate and fixed at location using screws. At locations with available flatand no porus surfaces the printd vinyl can be applied directly. Sign placement shall be as per design drawing .

30) Emergency Signs - Assembly point Signs -2.6c Sign face: All signs are screen printed using artworks provided and with photoluminiscent material as per technical specifications. Sreen printing shall be done on self adhesive vinyl and pasted on 2mm thick powder coated white aluminium plate and fixed at locations using screws. Sign Structure:Internal M.S. structure receiving the signs faces using equal angles,hot dipped galvanised and welded to the sign posts. Sign post: MS post PU painted to match RAL 9011 grouted in ground with concrete footing as per detail. Size of Signage - 595 x 420
