Removal of Silt from Cooling Sump

Scope of Work

Removal and disposal of silt/slush deposited in the cooling water sump 2 Nos in all kind of soil and in all leads and lifts by manual means as per the requirement or direction of engineer-in -charge.

Removal and disposal of silt/slush deposited in the cooling /fire fighting tank at Ganvi II Power House in all kind of soil and in all leads and lifts by manual means as per the requirement or direction of engineer-in -charge.

Repair/ overhailing of trash rack of HRT intake (El. 1769.60m (invert level to 1774.00m ) 1. Removal of silt from chocked grooves and flat/ribs of trash rack panel 5 Nos (3.00x1.10)m. 2. Pulling/lifting the trash rack pannel complete from groove/trackway by grinding work complete. Repair of roller wheel / bearing of HRT trash rack pannel. 3. Cleaning of dirt/ corrosion from trash rack ribs by grinding thoroughly. 4. Staightening the bent up flats/ ribs to equidistant and welding new flat/ ribs wherever required. 5. Painting two coat of epoxy paint over HRT trash rack to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter through wire brush and sand papering smooth. 6. Lowering the HRT trash rack pannel in grooves/trackway successful testing and commissioning complete job as per requirement and direction of EIC.

Providing from work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc .height of propping and centering below supporting floor of ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plan concrete work in;-vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness)partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1:2(1 cement : 1sand:2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation and plinth

Drilling holes upto 32mm dia dowel anchor bars in cement concrete as per specification or drawings as per direction of EIC.

Supply erection in position 25mm dowel bars of approved type i/c cost of material complete as per drawing and specification or direction of EIC.

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation and plinth.
