Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, Socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses pendents, regulators, sockets etc for re use to be measured separetly including making good the disturbed portion/surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and unsheathed (FRLS) size 1.5 sqmm drawn in and incl PVC casing and caping with fixing accessories for one light /fan point controlled by one switch with pressed steel concealed terminal boxes covered with 3 mm thick laminated sheet incl continous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable size 1.5 Sqmm for earth wire connected to common earth dolly incl making good disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of making good disturbed surface as per existing deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S & F electronic fan regulator step type, 230V, AC, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with copper plate 60x60x3.15 mm thick electrode and 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead directly in gorund (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr normal ground level),and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised means of earth wire 4 mm dia with bolts, nuts & check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 15 mm dia and watering pipe medium grade of 20 mm dia and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I of 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including all earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of old treated surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over and incl wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
