Flooring with cut stone slab of size 600mm x 600mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and labour charges for paving and Pointing With Lime Mortor 1:1.5 etc complete. Providing Water wash and appropriate methodology to restore the originalities of the existing Granite structures inclusive of necessary scaffolding charges, conveyance and all hire charges for all tools and plants and clearing the site after completion of work etc., complete.

Pointing the cut stone joints with Lime Mortor 1:1.5 20 mm deep using red and yellow oxide and including cost of special tiles such brush and watering, curing etc complete, as per standard specifications. The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Weathering course concrete with broken jelly 20mm size and pure slaked lime over RCC roof slab, the proportion being 32:12.5 for required depth of 80mm for giving required slope and thickness of roof on required well beaten with wooden beater etc, complete with standard specifications.
