Fabrication and installation of various distributary gates along with allied works of Naj Canal in Billawar Area.

New Cross Gate near distributary D-1 (6.5' X 4') at Naj Canal Fabrication and installation ofnew Cross Gate near D-1 distributary gate on Naj canal to regulate irrigation water in Naj canal by way of dismantling and cutting of concrete for making space for placing outer frame including groove channel, base channel and hoisting channel. Carriage of outer frame structure, gate leaf structure along with winch machine and stem rod with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles. Loading in mechanical transport and then carriage to workshop. Fabrication of leaf structure of size 6.5 ft x 4 ft (approx.) using the ISMC 75 channel size with vertical & horizontal cross members for support by way of cutting as per required size and then welding using superior quality electrodes. The leaf is to be fabricated with 3 number horizontal supports and 5 number vertical supports at equidistance from each other. The supports should be fabricated out of ISMC 75 channel. Providing and welding the MS sheet of 6 mm thickness on the frame of fabricated from MS channel. Fabrication of L shaped clamps attaching stem rod attachment during up and downward moment of gate. Fabrication, providing & fitting of 03 Ton capacity manually operated, worm gear type winch machine along with stem rod and rain pipe. Oiling and greasing the gear and bearings mechanism before fitting. Providing and fitting of rain pipe over the winch machine to secure the stem rod and machinery. Loading the gate structure along with winch machine on the mechanical transport for carrying to site of installation. Unloading the gate structure at road side then shifting to the site of installation. The Job also includes complete fabrication of outer MS structure of size (10'X6.5') by MS channel of ISMC 100 consisting of groove channels, base channels and checking it for trouble free operation. Top hoisting channel consisting of 2 number of ISMC 100 of length 8.5 ft length each. The job also includes excavation and concreting / grouting to fix the outer frame and plug the leakage if any. Installation of gate structure by way of lowering the leaf structure into the sliding grooves using skilled manual labour using crane. Drilling requisite no. of holes in hoisting channels at site. Fitting of winch machine on the supporting channel and connecting the stem rod to the leaf structure after ensuring the proper alignment/gravity of the gate structure. Complete painting of gate structure with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of superior quality enamel paint. Complete job includes cost of material, rebate on old parts/scrap, transportation charge, labour charges, crane charges and testing for its smooth operation at site. Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.

Gate (10' X 3') on distributary D-1 of Naj Canal Fabrication and installation of distributary gate (Near Govt Hospital Billawar) on Naj canal to regulate irrigation water in D-1 canal by way of cutting the concrete structure over the grooves of gate with the help of hammer and chisel for smooth extraction and lowering of gate. Extracting out the gate leaf structure with the help of manual labour using tools, tackles and crane after removing accumulated mud/silt around the gate leaf. Loading winch machine, MS channels and other required material on the mechanical transport for carrying to site of installation. Fabrication of outer frame MS structure of size (11.5' X 10') by MS channel of ISMC 175 consisting of groove channels and base channels. Top hoisting channel consisting of 2 number of ISMC 175 of length 12 ft each. Hoisting channels should be welded with groove channels. The job also includes excavation and concreting / grouting to fix the outer frame and plug the leakage if any. The job also includes servicing of winch machine by way of greasing & oiling using standard quality grease after removing the old grease and washing / cleaning with kerosene oil or any other solvent to make it dust free. Providing and fitting of 2 no. bearings and new nuts and bolts after cutting rusted one by welding Installation of gate structure by way of lowering the leaf structure into the sliding grooves using skilled manual labour using crane. Drilling requisite no. of holes in hoisting channels at site. Fitting of winch machine on the supporting channel and connecting the stem rod to the leaf structure after ensuring the proper alignment/gravity of the gate structure.
