Firstly, one number to be paid and then labour rate for shifting up to further nineteenth (19) times @ 10% each time to be considered. If necessary further after twenty times of total use, another one number new and labour rate for shifting to be considered accordingly a) 3.90 metre height

REPAIR AND REHABILITATION WORKS?Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m? of concrete surface).Note: Applicable only when the full diameter of reinforcement steel is exposed.

REPAIR AND REHABILITATION WORKS?(b) Applying 2 coats of Non-Toxic Acrylic Polymer modified Paint having adhesive & waterproofing properties by mixing in proportion (1 liquid: 4 cementitious material) or as per manufacturer's specification for water proofing layer in water tank etc. (No Departmental Cement is required)

M. fitted and fixed after tying the existing reinforcement on concrete without distributing the same and with proper scarping and cleaning the reinforcement and disturbed concrete with wire brush etc. after applying a coat of cement including the cost of wire netting I.R.C or X. P. M. & cost of all handling and scaffolding complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge....b) 25 mm thick

REPAIR AND REHABILITATION WORKS?Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

CHAPTER - VII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS Application of two coats of Epoxy primer as per BS 5493 by brush on the cleaned dry concrete surface with epoxy resin primer with reactive suitable hardener mixture as per specification and direction of EIC all complete. [This item will be operated on prior permission from the concerned SE/Dy Chief Engineer]

CHAPTER - VII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS Coating of 'Food Gr. Epoxy' Resin of thickness not less than 240 micron with a low-viscosity, crystallization-resistant food grade epoxy resin base with a reactive diluents combined with high build epoxy amine adducts as per BS 5493 standard and a polyamide or amido polyamine or any other suitable hardener. It shall react with epoxy resin at normal ambient temperature, suitable for solvent-free coatings as per recommended proportion for use on metal, concrete and wood surface to protect from corrosion, give anti-fungal properties ,as per guide line of FDA and USDA as well as damage from chemical reaction after making the surface free from dust, oil and moisture etc. all complete as per instruction and to the satisfaction of ElC. [ This item will be operated on prior permission from the concerned SE/Dy Chief Engineer]

ORIGINAL WORKS 8 Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor:(a) One Coat [This item to be done under specific instruction of the Superintending Engineer]N.B.:-Extra for each additional floor in external walls refer item 1 of subhead C
