Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item ).(a) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . Providing and fixing Friction Stay - Hi Load SS 304 of approved quality and manufacturer (EBCO or equivalent) with necessary screws complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (a) FRS14HL

Taking out the existing section windows of normal sizs including taking out the existing glass panes and providing new rubber gasket as per site requirement and refixing the same in its original position and ensuring no air leakage as well as alignment is proper complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.(a) for windows of size 630X 1220 mm

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. (a) With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Extra for Using Silk Glamour luxury interior emulsion paint instead of Premium acrylic emulsion of interior grade, having VOC content less than 50 gm/ltr complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Taking out old Toughened Glass door safely along with existing patch fittings and secured it safely by taking all necessary precaution as advised and refixing the same after fixing og glass partition complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing Premium Stainless Steel Patch fittings of approved quality and manufacturer (Ozone or equivalent ) SS --316 with necessary screws complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge (a) Over Panel Side Panel Connecting Patch with Pivot OPF-1S STD SSS (Ozone or equivalent)

(b) Top Patch OPF-2S STD SSS (Ozone or equivalent)

© Bottom Patch OPF-3S STD SSS (Ozone or equivalent)

( e) Floor Spring FS-8400-S STD SSS Cam Action with Closing Force EN3 Double Cylinder with Stronger Spring Inside

Providing & fixing 2 mil thick frosted with sparkle and/or dark/light glass film (in strip of height upto 60mm and/or in single piece as per requirement) of approved design & quality including preparation of the surface all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (3M, Garware make or equivalent)

Credit for unserviceable dismantled material recovered after dismantling (on as is where is basis) (a) Stainless Steel. scrap (Patch fittings and floor spring and like)
