PROVIDING AND ERECTING OF W METAL BEAM CRASH BARRIER along with Parapets on Gaggar to Bhimdassa Road

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high 1.1 m below ground /road level all steel parts and fitments to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long installed in PCC-1:2:4 mix of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 1100 mm complete as per MORTH specifications including soldering welding of the crash barrier to nuts and bolts to make it anti-theft and carriages of all materials from source to site of work, complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) Parapets

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Carriage of sand from source to site of work for an avg. lead of 120 km by MT including loading/unloading complete

Carriages of Stone Aggregate from source to site of work by MT for an average lead of 20.00 km including loading and unloading complete
