Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter)layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement is to five sand isto ten graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth or under flooring in all depths, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering and removal of slush as required at site complete as per HPPWD specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights. below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation footings, basis of columns etcetera and mass concrete, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per directions of Engineer -in -charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. Brick work using Second class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) buildings bricks of class designation 7.5 in super-structure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing first class 2nd Class Deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor level complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and Fixing factory made uPVC door frame, made of uPVC exturded sections, of size 65 mm x 55 mm with wall thickness 2.0 mm (±0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be mitred cut and jointed with plastic brackets and stainless steel screws, reinforcing hinge side vertical of the frames with PVC profile of Size 28 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm), including providing & fixing 3 nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to the frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required number & size of anchor dash fastners, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
