Supply and Stacking of 22.40-53 mm guage hard stone ballast from approved quarry for top coat including royalty, cartage octroi, sales tax whatsoever applicable under rules and also including stacking to the required template after screening at road side, including dressing of side berms as required where metal is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection Stone Dust for consolidation & blanket coat for consolidation.

Consolidation of 22.40-53 mm guage stone ballast for 10 cm thick (loose) coat by road roller including opening out stacks shorting ballast into different size and spraeding them including making medhi to retain water and also including screening material using for blinding purpose and also including carriage of water and T & P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Water allowance for consolidation of Stone ballast to be allowed between 15th November & 31st May.

Bitumen painting over W.B.M. surface (Ist coat Painting) including supply of 13.2 mm guage stone grit and bitumen including maintenance of road side patries and watering them duri operation for proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and also including road roller charges and its fuel, the wages of fireman and Tar boiler and also supply of matwerial, labour and including priming coat T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Bitumen use VG-10.

Providing and laying 50mm Bituminous macadam with 100 to 120 batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3% by weighty of total mix and fitter, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibrator and tandem roller achieve desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause - 507 complete in all respect. Bitumen use VG-30 grade @ 3.3% (Including tack coat bitumen will be used VG-10 @ 0.600 kg / sqm.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface, cleaned with mechanical brooms as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder to 5 percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and random rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 50B complete in all respects. Bitumen used grade VG-30 grade @ 5%.
