Excavation by mechanical means(JCB or Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including trimming and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling consolidation,watering , including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic, night signals. providing & fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to the houses, watching, fencing, etc. and removal of surplus soil out side/inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respect.

Exceeding 1.5 m depth but not exceeding 2.25 m depth All classes of soil except rocky

Providing & fixing caution boards, watching, fencing, etc. and removal of surplus soil from the site upto 15 meter distance complete in all respects.

Taking out Dismantled Cast Iron flanged or socketed/ G.I/D.I pipes valves and specials etc. out side from the trenches and stacking the same as desire by Engineer-in-charge complete in all respects. Upto 600 mm internal diametre of pipe

Providing, laying, fixing and testing M.S. pipelines as per IS-1239 and specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbows etc. in trenches in the ground including cutting threading and testing etc.complete in all respect. 100 mm internal diameter (thickness 4.50 mm)

Providing and fixing ISI marked non return valves flanged end class PN-1.6( gun metal flap) as per IS 5312-2004 in pipelines including jointing and cost of nut bolt rubber insertion etc cm ( dia 500 mm)

Providing and fixing rubber seal EPDM as per IS 5332-1985 or latest applicable indian standard for MS flanged pipeline dia 500 mm

Providing and fixing of SS Nuts and Bolts with washers at site 4"and 4"/8 dia (4 sut for MS Flanged Pipe)

Laying , fixing and testing M.S. Pipe lines as per IS-1239 and specials such as tees,bends, sockets, elbow, etc. in trenches in the ground including cutting, threading and testing etc. complete 500mm dia

Welding by Gas or by electric plant, including carriage to and from workshop etc.

Providing, laying, fixing and testing of M.S flanged dia 500mm as per the IS code 6392-1971 including loading unloading and carriage to the site complete in all respects. As per PWD design and specifications

Providing, fixing and testing of M.S flange dia 100mm as per the IS code 6392-1971 including loading unloading and carriage to the site complete in all respects. As per PWD design and specifications
