Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc complete as directed and specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) incl removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/Arch slab, incl taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for drain etc incl rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

SITE CLEARANCE AND EARTH WORK

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc10 sq m on plan and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25 cm thick watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surface as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

BLDG WORK

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor / pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel plain black sheet 1.00mm thick in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pressed steel frame for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., size of frame 125x60mm made out of 1.25mm MS sheets complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F for Pressed steel frame for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., size of frame 105x60mm made out of 1.25mm MS sheets complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F for FRP door frame three legged of cross section 90mm x 45 mm having single rebate 32mm x15 mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminated door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides MS flat iron 25x3 mm shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F for built in steel cup board with pressed steel frame of size 75 mmx 45 mmx 1.25 mm thick with pressed steel shutter 1 mm thick Godraj pattern fixed to masonary wall by hold fast out of 25x3mm flat iron including MS hanging rod of 10 mm dia with bracket fixed on inner side of one leaf of shutter and on other leaf provision of MS peg set of 3 pegs, locking arrangement including spary painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all around on steel surface of frame and shutter and making good distrubed portion in CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F for factory made gauzed shutter made out of angle iron 35 mmx 35 mmx 5 mm and 25 mmx 25 mmx 5 mm and 1.5 mm thick, 10 mm square bars grill with stainless steel fly proof wire mesh having stainless steel 0.5mm nominal dia wire and 1.20mm average width of aperture including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F for 30 mm thick second class hardwood factory made Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for second class hard wood factory made 35mm thick plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium windows sliding type (3 shutter type) with sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr (minimum) incl stainless steel mosquito proofing wire mesh fixed with , clips, frame , necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, neoprene rubber gasket with aluminium beading screws suitable anodised fittings such as hinges, handles including powder coated anodised aluminium frame, grill with one or more rebates including S&F 5.50 mm thick black glass complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Water proofing compound (liquid) shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 50 mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on roof finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gm per Sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified & directed. (Note:- Dismantling of existing water tank on roof disconnected and after cleaning same position re-connecting shall be deemed included in quoted rate of item).

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete or plastered surface of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30Kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm and 100mm as per manufactures instructions and applying over it of tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20Kg per Sqm and finally finish the top by providing 40mm thick brick tiles kiln burnt, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, joints of the tiles grouted and flush pointed with cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Dismantling of existing water tank on roof disconnected and after cleaning same position re-connecting shall be deemed included in quoted rate of item).

S & F for PVC heavy duty waste pipes of 40/32 mm dia suitable for wash basin/ sinks complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall/concrete, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 ( Chasing shall be cut where height of parapet wall is more than 300mm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel plate rack of size 75 cm x 60 cm made with 0.80 mm thick sheet including taking out existing wooden plate rack complete all as specified and as direcetd.

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish complete all as specified and directed. (Height of work to be considered above 3.5m and upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note : Wherever reinforcement is required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement for measurement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account).
