Excavation over areas n. exc 1.5 m in deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for providing Anti-termite Treatment with treating the bottom and sides of excavation surface with chemical emulsion at the rate of 5 litre per square metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Anti-termite Treatment on top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5.0 litres per square meter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Anti-termite Treatment under plinth protection at the rate of 5.0 litres per square meter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation / mass concrete/filling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundations beam, plinth beam,bases for columns, basement slab, under-reamed piles amd mass concrete and the like etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, including joints of plinth protection filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, etc. for square or rectangular surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
