Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, light and power socket) complete with fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators, socket, lamp holders, brackets, bulk head fittings, etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and also making good distrubed surfaces of wall,floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor (Multistranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH electric cable 1100 volts grade and including PVC casing caping/conduit pipe of suitable size with all fittings accessories and including PVC insulated electric cable 1100 volts 1.5 sqmm (multi stranded) copper conductor single core (Green colour) cable as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly including sunk sheet terminal box made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet concealed on wall or on surface as per site requirement and making good the distrubed surface of wall, covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for one light point/fan point/Bell point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and directed. Note : Colour coding shall be followed for point wiring.

Notes :- An amount of Rs. 18794.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule 'A' Part-II shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
