Material & Labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over on putty applied surfaces of walls, primer & paint shall be applied by air less spray machine (Mechanical means) complete all as specified & directed Note:- Rate included for necessary scaffolding and arrangements for working up to 15 m height and working on any type of roof like AC sheet, Galvalume sheet with necessary safety measures.

M&L for Super heavy series PVC Wall panelling consisting of 5-8 mm thick Plain / wood colour PVC sheet of approved coloured & pattern, fixed on walls as per manufactures instruction including dismantling of existing panelling complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.
